Web Social Traffic – Workplace Policy

1. Overview
Web Social Traffic is committed to fostering a professional, collaborative, and flexible working environment that promotes productivity and employee well-being. Our workplace policy outlines the standards and expectations for both onsite and remote working arrangements.
2. Work Environment Structure
Web Social Traffic provides a hybrid work environment, combining the benefits of both onsite and remote work. The standard working model is designed to maintain team collaboration while offering flexibility.
a. Onsite Work Requirement
Employees are required to work onsite for the majority of their time.
Onsite work ensures active team communication, training, client interactions, and efficient collaboration.
Onsite working hours and days will follow standard company guidelines as defined in individual offer letters or department schedules.
b. Remote Work Option
Employees are eligible to work remotely for 15 days every 3 months (i.e., one quarter).
Remote workdays can be taken either consecutively or spread across the 3-month period, with prior approval from the reporting manager.
Requests for remote work must be submitted at least 7 days in advance, unless in case of emergencies.
3. Remote Work Guidelines
While working remotely, employees must:
Be available during standard working hours.
Remain accessible via phone, email, or designated communication tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, etc.).
Ensure a distraction-free work environment and maintain professional conduct during virtual meetings.
Meet deadlines and project milestones as if working onsite.
Maintain confidentiality and data security in accordance with the company’s data protection policy.
4. Attendance and Reporting
Employees must log attendance daily, regardless of the work location.
Any change in the remote work schedule must be communicated and approved by the reporting manager.
Performance will be regularly reviewed to ensure productivity in both onsite and remote settings.
5. Policy Review and Changes
This policy may be reviewed and updated periodically based on operational needs and employee feedback. All changes will be communicated in advance.
