Position Overview

We are currently hiring Business Development Executives who will play a key role in accelerating our sales pipeline, expanding client relationships, and creating revenue-generating opportunities. This is a flexible role, offering both freelance and full-time options for professionals who are enthusiastic about digital education and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

As a Business Development Executive, your core duties will include:

  • Market Research & Opportunity Identification:
    Conduct thorough research to uncover new business opportunities, trends, and customer needs in the education and digital marketing sectors.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to understand their goals and align our services to their needs.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution:
    Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to craft strategies aimed at customer acquisition and retention.
  • Lead Generation & Conversion:
    Identify potential leads, conduct outreach, and convert them into active clients or students.
  • Negotiation & Deal Closure:
    Lead negotiations with clients to close high-value deals and partnerships.
  • Project Coordination:
    Manage initiatives related to business expansion, ensuring smooth implementation and client satisfaction.

Compensation Models

  1. Freelance Role (Performance-Based)
  • Earn 30% commission on revenue generated through your direct sales efforts.
  • Ideal for self-starters, freelancers, content creators, or networkers seeking flexible hours and high incentives.
  1. Full-Time Role (Fixed + Growth)
  • Monthly salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 (based on experience and performance).
  • Eligible for performance bonuses and career advancement opportunities.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum education: 12th Pass
  • Preferred degrees: BBA, BCA, B.Tech, BIT, B.Com, BA
  • Freshers with strong motivation and communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
