The candidate will be responsible for maintaining records of various social media, Web 2.0, blog, and bookmarking websites in Excel sheets and ensuring daily posting across platforms to promote our company online.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and organize social media, Web 2.0, blog, and bookmarking site data in spreadsheets.
- Post daily updates, promotional content, and articles on social media and other online platforms.
- Manage all website login details (username, password, titles, content, etc.) accurately.
- Assist in off-page SEO activities to generate backlinks and improve website visibility on search engines.
- Participate in 15 days of hands-on training on editing website titles, descriptions, content, and images.
- Learn to create and publish blog posts and articles.
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of Spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets)
- Familiarity with WordPress and website operations
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Job Description:
Lemon Web Tech is seeking a detail-oriented SEO cum Data Entry Operator (Email Marketing Executive) to efficiently manage data, support SEO activities, and execute email marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a proactive approach, excellent attention to detail, and a good understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques.
You will be responsible for accurate data entry, lead scrapping, managing bulk email campaigns, and assisting in optimizing our client’s digital marketing performance.
Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate and timely data entry for marketing databases and reports.
- Assist in creating, sending, and optimizing bulk email campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp, SendGrid, Apollo, Maildoso, or Insightly.
- Achieve at least 2–5% lead conversion from client email campaigns.
- Coordinate with the content team for copywriting and content editing in marketing emails.
- Format and design HTML/CSS-based email templates as per client requirements.
- Conduct lead scrapping and maintain high-quality contact lists.
- Utilize A/B testing and customer segmentation to improve campaign performance.
- Analyze email marketing metrics and generate actionable insights.
- Support SEO and brand management activities, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content posting.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS (basic level for email formatting)
- Knowledge of Email Marketing Platforms (Mailchimp, SendGrid, etc.)
- Understanding of SEO fundamentals and analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEM, etc.)
- Strong skills in lead generation, data scrapping, and campaign optimization
- Good communication and organizational abilities
