Candidate Profile Overview

The Business Development Intern role is central to our growth journey. As an intern, you will:

• Drive business opportunities through market research and lead generation.
• Interact with clients to understand their software and marketing needs.
• Support digital marketers and developers by resolving client queries.

Skills Required

• English Proficiency (Written & Spoken)
• Creative Writing
• Social Media Marketing (Facebook, Instagram)
• SEO & SEM (Search Engine Marketing)
• Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and AI tools
• Proficiency with Google Docs, Sheets, Calendar, and Canva (preferred)

Roles & Responsibilities

Marketing & Events:

1. Plan and execute digital marketing strategies for events.
2. Coordinate with vendors, exhibitors, and partners via calls, emails, and follow-ups.
3. Create and publish promotional content across social media, WhatsApp, and email campaigns.
4. Conduct on-ground marketing through field visits to businesses and corporate offices.
5. Prepare performance and lead-generation reports.

Business Development & Sales:

1. Conduct market research to identify new clients and competitors.
2. Assist in preparing proposals and presentations for platforms like Upwork, Ariba, etc.
3. Schedule and follow up on meetings with international prospects.
4. Engage in client conversations to understand needs and offer solutions.
5. Prepare proposals, pitch decks, and sales strategies.
6. Collaborate with CXOs for lead generation strategies.
7. Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.

🚫 This role is not ideal if you:

• Are uncomfortable with sales or targets.
• Don’t enjoy speaking with clients regularly.
• Prefer limited working hours (expect 10–12 hours/day, 6 days/week).

Recruitment Process

1. Aptitude Test & Group Discussion – A 50-minute test followed by a 30-minute group discussion.
2. Video Interviews (2–3 rounds) – Detailed profile, skill, and culture-fit assessment.
3. Final Offer – Extended upon clearing all rounds.
