On the other hand, you’ll also be responsible for basic computer tasks such as data entry, updating records in Excel, managing email communication, and helping us maintain content on our website—like posting blogs or updating the contact section. It’s a blend of front-desk management and basic computer work.

As a Receptionist cum Computer Operator at WebSocialTraffic, a digital marketing and IT company based in Ranchi, your main responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and assisting customers who contact us for services related to website design, SEO, app development, and digital promotion.
- Handling customer queries through phone, email, and our WhatsApp Business account.
- Updating and maintaining Excel sheets with client information.
- Managing posts and updates on the company website and social media.
- Coordinating between customers and the technical team regarding service details, packages, and follow-ups.
- Keeping records organized and helping in daily office coordination.
