Training & Selection Process

Step 1: Skill Development Training

All candidates will undergo a 15-day Online/Offline Training Program covering:

• AI Tools (ChatGPT, Gemini & Claude)

Step 2: Training Stipend

Candidates successfully completing the training program may receive up to Rs 8,000 stipend during the first month based on attendance, performance, and project participation.

Step 3: HR Interview Round

After training, shortlisted candidates will attend an HR discussion where:

• Job role will be finalized
• Salary package will be discussed
• Work mode (WFH/Office) will be confirmed

Step 4: Employment Agreement

Selected candidates will sign an Employee Agreement covering:

• Data Privacy Policy
• Confidentiality Agreement
• Work Ethics
• Terms & Conditions
• Company Policies

Manage business pages across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter).

Responsibilities

• Create social media posts
• Schedule content

Help websites rank higher on Google Search.
